Cookies are used by the Cybersnitch system to assist in the administrative task to prevent unintentional duplication of reports submitted into the Cybersnitch system.
You may be asked two times to accept a cookie. One request will be to set a cookie, and the other request will be to modify the cookie already set. If asked, you need to answer YES both times to effectively submit a report.
Once you submit a report, you will need to wait a little while before being able to submit an additional report if such is truly necessary.
This is where the usefulness of cookies by the Cybersnitch system ends. Upon completing the submission of a report, the cookie that is finally set by the Cybersnitch system will expire (will be automatically removed by your computer) in a more than reasonable amount of time.
